| The Global Conference
on Native Language Internet Address (NLIA) & Name shook the Grand
ballroom of COEX Convention Center on September 29, 2005, in Seoul,
Korea. Netpia.com, Inc., a leading innovative company of Internet
address system, was the proud host of this grand scale event, also
celebrating its Tenth Anniversary Commemoration. The highlight of
this event was the collection of many prominent congratulatory remarks
that were made in person and in audio/video recording regarding the
success in NLIA¡¯s quick adaptation and market saturation sweeping
the technology¡¯s origin country. |

| Preceding this
Event, on September 28, 2005, more than twenty honorary guests, international
delegates and businessmen, arrived from 15 different nations to exchange
ideas and adopt a resolution at the Native Language Technologies &
Policies (NLTP) Consortium Preparation Workshop. This workshop being
the heart of this Conference, the representative of various countries
shared a high-level discussion of the current condition of the Digital
Divide and underlined the benefits and merits of the NLIA service.
A resolution of consensus was then adopted by the key players to accentuate
a strong sense of Internet freedom through NLIA as one major solution
to overcoming the barriers in bridging the Digital Divide. This preparatory
workshop is the starting point for the great journey of globalization
of NLIA. Continuous global partnership and collaboration, based on
mutual respect, trust relationship and open communication, will undoubtedly
enhance this effort. |

| Overall, the conference
attracted a band of domestic and international participation, including
the UN members, ICT operators, numerous countries¡¯ ministry high-officials,
foreign ambassadors, and countless Internet experts. Their presence
brought priceless value to this event, affirming the worldwide effort
to bridge the Digital Divide and supplementing the perpetual global
endeavor to attain the success of all mankind. |
