| ICT Development Agency |
| Information and Communication Technologies
Development Agency officially started its activities on February
15, 2002. The Agency is subordinated to the Minister of Transport
and Communications and will carry out functions related to administration,
collection and spending of funds to support the development
of the ICT infrastructure. It is managed by a director, appointed
by the Minister of Transport and Communications and approved
by the Prime Minister. |

| IST Foundation |
| The organization has been founded
by distinguished academic and IT industry figures. Information
Society Technologies Foundation is controlled by the research
and education community of Bulgaria which in itself is largely
government-funded. |

| KADO |
| The Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity
and Promotion was initially created to upgrade digital-life
quality and enhance the national economy by ensuring the general
Korean public free access to information and communication service.
The agency is currently making efforts to bridge the digital
divide both at home and abroad. |

| NETPIA |
| Netpia, the developer of the world's
first NLIA (Native Language Internet Address), is now distributing
the localized service to all over the world. NLIA solution,
through which Internet users are able to enter vernacular languages
in the address bar and directly connected to the matching website,
currently supports the languages of 95 countries. Netpia is
planning to include the languages of more countries in the database.
